Management Impartiality Commitment
The Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta LSP is committed to conducting certification processes objectively. Conflicts of interest will not occur in the certification and decision-making process, so they do not adversely affect certification activities.
The impartiality practised by the Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta LSP meets the following criteria:
Independence
Conducting certification processes independently without intervention from other parties.
Free from Conflicts of Interest
Certification decisions are not influenced by personal, institutional, or third-party interests.
Free from Bias
Competency assessments are conducted solely based on established evidence and criteria.
Lack of Prejudice
There is no prejudice toward applicants, candidates, or certified personnel.
Neutrality
Remaining neutral and not taking sides with any party in every certification process.
Fairness
Providing fair and equal treatment to all certification participants.
Open-mindedness
Being open to input and willing to review decisions based on facts.
Even Handedness
Applying the same standards consistently to every candidate.
Detachment
Maintaining professional distance so assessments remain objective and are not influenced by personal relationships.
Balance
Balancing the interests of all stakeholders proportionately.
